Description
Semi-aromatic still red wine from Veneto, 14% ABV, produced by Tenuta Sant'Antonio. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021 vintage. A Cabernet Sauvignon that expresses the passion and dedication of the Castagnedi family, with a production of 2,000,000 bottles. The vineyards extend between Soave and Valpolicella. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Aged in stainless steel. Intense ruby red with purple hues. Small red fruit, especially blackberry, currant, and cherry, floral aromas of violet and rose hip. Full-bodied and soft with hints of licorice and cocoa, with velvety tannins.
