Still red wine, produced by Soldera in Tuscany, 13.5% ABV, 100% Sangiovese, 2019 vintage. A wine that embodies Gianfranco Soldera's philosophy, based on respect for nature and innovation. The estate is southwest of Montalcino. Natural vinification in Slavonian oak vats, without temperature controls or artificial yeasts. Aged for five years in large Slavonian oak barrels. On the nose, aromas of small red berries, cedar, sweet rose, and violet. On the palate, it is dense, full-bodied, lively, saline, well-balanced, rich, with a refined finish and high-quality tannins.
