Description

Brut Champagne produced by Selosse Pajon. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. 1.5L magnum. A Champagne that embodies the region's excellence, produced by Jerome Selosse, great-grandson of Jacques Selosse. Discreet, with a tendency to become more intense, with a very subtle vanilla aroma and white peach on the second nose. A clear, brilliant golden yellow. Full and ample, reminiscent of vanilla, with light acidity and a long, rounded palate.

The domaine Selosse Pajon is managed by Jerome Selosse and his wife, Corinne Selosse Pajon.

Jerome is the great-grandson of Jacques Selosse, father of Anselme Selosse. At the beginning of his career, Jerome worked with Anselme Selosse for 2 years, from 90 to 92.
