Rendez Vous Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne, a brut classic method, produced by Selosse Pajon. 0.75L bottle. A unique sensory experience celebrating the excellence of Champagne. The Selosse Pajon estate is run by Jerome Selosse and his wife, Corinne Selosse Pajon. Jerome is the great-grandson of Jacques Selosse, father of Anselme Selosse. The second nose opens with white flowers and green almonds, fresh and exotic. Very pale, brilliant yellow. Lively and fruity, frank and very pleasant, almondy, long and ample, releasing aromas of vanilla and cooked chestnut towards the end.
