Description
Alghero DOC Brut Charmat Method Sparkling Wine, 12% ABV, produced by Sella & Mosca. 100% Torbato. 0.75 L bottle. A wine that expresses the freshness and minerality of Torbato, a native Sardinian grape variety. Soft pressing, initial fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, secondary fermentation in pressure tanks, and aging on the lees for 2 months. The aromas range from acacia blossoms and pink grapefruit, with notes of noble yeasts and bread crust. Bright and brilliant straw yellow. A hint of iodine reverberates on a flavorful, fresh, and balsamic palate, creamy on the entry yet dry and supple. Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers, and fish.
