Description
Still red wine from Sardinia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Sella & Mosca. Blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cannonau. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion and history of Sella & Mosca, one of Europe's largest estates, located in Alghero. Aged for three years, initially in barriques and subsequently in medium-sized oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15°C, followed by at least six months in bottle. A distinctive nose, with a subtle hint of alcohol, offers aromas of sour cherry, anise, rose water, and myrtle, tinged with sweet nuances of pipe tobacco. Personality and verve on the palate, where the quality of the silky, glycerine texture is striking. The finish is pleasant, building on the fruity notes already detected on the nose.
