Description

From the personal diary of the founder Pietro Sartori, we got to know Fira first: "We were many brothers and sisters. The dearest, best and kindest was Zaffira, whom we called Fira. She was my example to follow, because she always worked with dedication and passion. passion. I learned a lot from her and applied it in my daily work. Beauty, simplicity, elegance and strength are the traits that characterised this woman and that we find today in these wines suitable for those who seek wines with intensity and character, just like Fira."

A company founded by Pietro Sartori in Negrar in 1898, his five sons all studied and, among a doctor, a lawyer and an engineer, the figure of Regolo stood out as the one who started the winemaking adventure.

The heir, endowed with a superfine palate, like a tailor, was able to 'sew' with extreme care the wines to propose to his clientele, which grew year after year.

After the Second World War, numbers also soared. Then, in 1952, when Regolo passed away, his two sons took over the business, opening it up to the foreign market.

The 1990s marked a turning point in the management of Casa Vinicola Sartori, which saw the entry of the Sartori family into the Board of Directors of the Colognola ai Colli winery to implement an ambitious growth project in the production and distribution of wines at a worldwide level. A goal successfully achieved.
