A wine born in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in clay-limestone soils. An Amarone that expresses the passion and mastery of Casa Sartori, founded in 1898. The aroma is ethereal and enveloping, with spicy notes of dried fruit and currant. The color is intense red with garnet reflections. The flavor is full and velvety, with remarkable structure.

The heir, endowed with a superfine palate, like a tailor, was able to 'sew' with extreme care the wines to propose to his clientele, which grew year after year.
After the Second World War, numbers also soared. Then, in 1952, when Regolo passed away, his two sons took over the business, opening it up to the foreign market.
The 1990s marked a turning point in the management of Casa Vinicola Sartori, which saw the entry of the Sartori family into the Board of Directors of the Colognola ai Colli winery to implement an ambitious growth project in the production and distribution of wines at a worldwide level.
