Description
Pas dosé sparkling wine from Franciacorta, 12.5% ABV, produced by S. Croce Azienda Agricola. Blend: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Bianco. 0.75 L bottle, 2019 vintage. A Franciacorta made from a single 12.4-hectare vineyard located between the municipalities of Paderno and Passirano, in the eastern part of the production zone of Italy's most prestigious sparkling wine. Aged for over 30 months on the lees. Fine, creamy perlage. Notes of peach blossom and hazelnut. Bright straw yellow color. Excellent flavor and elegance, a wine that best expresses the Franciacorta terroir.
