More than one hundred hectares of vineyard area, all in a single body. Activities in the countryside involving the cultivation of the vineyards accompany the changing seasons. It starts, in the winter months, with the pruning of the plants and then, in March, the folding. This is followed by the selection of shoots and the channelling of vegetation. Then come the thinning operations and the grape harvest, which involves hundreds of young people from all sectors of the community for about a month. Work in the cellar continues with ageing (variable time) and bottling. After a period of rest, the wine is labelled and stored until it is shipped to the final customer.
The wines produced by the community have won the most prestigious Italian and international awards in recent years, thanks also to the valuable collaboration of Riccardo Cotarella, a prestigious name on the Italian and overseas wine scene, who has been flanking and supporting the professional growth of the young people in the cellar since 1997.
In 2023 Mention of Excellence for:
