Description

Semi-aromatic still white wine from Alto Adige, 14% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. Produced by San Michele Appiano, a historic winery with over a century of experience, located at the gateway to the Dolomites. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine made from grapes grown at 450-550 meters above sea level on calcareous-gravelly soils and moraine sediments. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and aging on the lees in barriques and tonneaux. Blended after almost a year and further aged for at least 6 months in stainless steel vats. Fruity aromas of ripe fruit and vanilla and toasted notes. Straw yellow with light green highlights. Powerful, mineral, unforgettable.
