Description
Appius 2020 by San Michele Appiano, a still white from Alto Adige. A complex wine, the result of a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Grigio, it embodies the passion and experience of a historic winery founded in 1907. Complex, with notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple, papaya, and passion fruit, as well as hints of Williams pear, apple, and floral notes. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Dense and creamy, it is accompanied by a pleasant minerality and a long finish. A wine distinguished by its elegance and complexity, perfect for pairing with refined dishes.
