Grappa from the Poli Distilleries, 40% ABV, produced in Veneto. 0.50 L format. A spirit made from Sassicaia pomace, a marriage of two Italian excellences. The Poli Distilleries, founded in 1898, continues the artisanal tradition, using copper stills and patiently storing the grappa in underground cellars. It recalls a basket of toasted hazelnuts, peanuts, and dark chocolate. A dry, hearty flavor, perfect for ending a meal.
