Description

The Grappa di Bassano 24 Carati Gold by Jacopo Poli is obtained from artisan distillation, in small batches, with a discontinuous cycle alambic and is kept in the distillery cellars, in small French oak barrels. Finely elegant, it gains nose and palate thanks to its multi-faceted.

In this happy corner of Veneto, the Poli family fires in the grappist area since the late nineteenth century. Every generation added alambic to those in distillery, perfecting productive techniques that have grafted to a consolidated tradition.

The family created Bassano, an elegant town at the foot of Mount Grappa, a unique museum of its kind where it is possible to trace the history and evolution of the noble distillate.
