Poli is an artisanal distillery founded in 1898 by GioBatta Poli. A natural infusion of plum juice in alcohol. Its aroma evokes a tray of plums, toasted almonds, and fragrant amaretti biscuits, inviting a moment of pure pleasure. Perfect enjoyed neat after a meal, or used in sophisticated cocktails.
