A Blanc de Blancs that expresses all the finesse of Chardonnay, with a fine perlage and a lively mousse. On the nose, notes of lemon or Granny Smith apple with a crisp acidity, followed by more savory notes of brioche. Straw yellow with slightly silvery reflections. A balanced and brilliant champagne with beautiful citrus notes.
