Description

Still organic red Brunello di Montalcino Riserva, produced by Poggio Landi, 14.5% ABV, 2019 vintage. A wine born in the heart of Montalcino, in a unique terroir, where Sangiovese expresses all its elegance. The grapes come from vineyards between 180 and 500 meters above sea level. Aged in 54Hl Allier French oak barrels for 48 months and in bottle for at least one year. On the nose, it is clean and intense, with aromas of very ripe fruit and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and intense at the same time. The tannins are persistent and well-ripened. Notes of black fruit and spice accompany hints of vanilla.
