Description

Still organic red wine from Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany, 14.5% ABV, produced by Poggio Landi. 100% Sangiovese, 2020 vintage. A wine born in one of the most important terroirs in the world, among the vineyards of Montalcino. The grapes come from vineyards located between 175 and 500 meters above sea level. After two weeks of natural and spontaneous fermentation, the wine is transferred to large 30-hectare and 54-hectare French oak barrels where it will age for 38 months. Aged in bottle for a minimum of 6 months. Intense and complex aromas of ripe red fruit and spices such as black pepper and licorice. It presents persistent and enveloping tannins with notes of ripe red fruit and aromas of vanilla and spice. A very persistent finish.
