Still rosé from Tuscany IGT, 13% ABV, produced by Poggio al Tesoro, founded in 2001 in Bolgheri. Blend: 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé that embodies the essence of Bolgheri, with careful vinification that enhances its freshness and elegance. Soft pressing of the whole grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The palate is fresh and light with a lovely savory and juicy character, and a good finish. Hints of flowers and berries such as blackberry and raspberry.
