The transformation process started in 2015 but was limited, by the choice of the company, thus offering the consumer a product that meets certain quality standards and that is monitored from the plant to the bottle.
Cantine Sole di Pietrefitte, is currently engaged in the cultivation and transformation of four grape varieties, namely Aglianico, Falanghina, Piedirosso and Fiano, making the most of the opportunities its vineyards offer.
