Description
A still white wine from Mount Etna in Sicily, 13% ABV, produced by Pietradolce. 100% Carricante, a wine that speaks of the volcano's power and a family's passion for their land. A delicately fruity opening, it evokes notes of apricot, white peach, and local citrus, seasoned with subtle herbaceous notes. Bright straw yellow. Fresh and lively on the palate, characterized by a savory progression. Citrusy finish. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish dishes, but also with light first courses, ideal as an aperitif.

We are one with our land: the Pietradolce vineyards stand out against the volcano, in perfect symbiosis with the broom, birches and lava stones. Read more
