The aroma is delicate, highlighted by fine notes of anise and a noble, chalky earthiness, notes of white fruit, and a subtle hint of brioche yeast. Crystalline straw yellow in color. On the palate, it has a particularly velvety sensation with a perfectly integrated sparkle; overall, it has a strong fruity finish.
