Martine and Pierre-Marie Chermette propose a Burgundy Crémant Blanc de Blancs all from Chardonnay grapes grown on clay-limestone soil. The berries are harvested by hand and placed in perforated boxes that allow the juice to drain, thus avoiding oxidation. The blending of the three vintages ensures balance and quality. Read more
