Description
The latest addition to our family saw its first day in June 2009. It is an authentic cuvée without artifice. Its grapes are from parcels in Le Mesnil and notably Montgueux: the “Grand Cru” of the Aube, perched upon a strange and solitary hill in the middle of a plain, where lush Chardonnay fruit comes to life.
No sugar or sulphites are added at the dosage stage, revealing the subtleties of a Chardonnay in its purest form.
