Peyrot Cognac X.O is an Extra Old Cognac certified by the prestigious cellars of Francois Peyrot. For four generations, the Peyrot family has been passionately dedicated to the production of spirits. The Maison pursues a single objective: production of the highest quality at the expense of quantity. Peyrot manages all its vineyards according to the principles of integrated pest management without resorting to the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers as well as industrial additives. The wine distillation process still takes place according to ancient tradition, using enormous copper stills capable of capturing the most particular aromas. It is made exclusively with grapes from the Les Bergeronnettes grape variety located in France in the Jarnac area of the Cognac region. The raw materials are white wines obtained from the Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, Colombard grape varieties. Peyrot Cognac X.O. boasts the most prestigious controlled designation for a spirit of its kind, the "1er Cru de Cognac" of the "Grande Champagne." This Extra Old Cognac from the Peyrot cellars ages peacefully in oak barrels for over 25 years, resulting in a Cognac with a captivating, aromatic, and structured bouquet.
