Still red from Tuscany IGT, 13% vol, produced by Petra. Blend: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese. 2024 vintage. A wine born from Petra's passion and pursuit of excellence, an ambitious project that seeks to interpret the territory, capturing its unique characteristics, and transforming it into an exceptional winemaking area. Clayey-sandy soil, slightly calcareous. Aged for 12 months in used second- and third-use barriques and 30- and 50-hl barrels. Aged in bottle for 12 months. The nose reveals fresh aromas of black cherries, violets, blueberries, and peonies, along with mineral notes and nuances of Mediterranean scrub. Bright ruby red. On the palate, the wine is fresh, savory, full-bodied, pleasantly fruity, subtle in its savory character, and with balanced, gentle tannins.
