Description
Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne, produced by Petit Camusat in the Champagne region of France. 0.75L bottle. An explosion of aromas evoking lime, almond, ripe apple, pear, acacia blossoms, fresh grapes, dandelion, and oats. On the palate, a clear and clean attack with a creamy effervescence. The fruitiness is fleshy and crisp, underscored by a fresh citrus acidity and laced with a chalky minerality that lends a fruity resonance and a resonant palate.
