Description

Still red Roero Riserva, produced by Pelassa, 14% ABV, 2019 vintage. A wine born from a passion for Nebbiolo, carefully cultivated in the Roero hills. Fragrant aromas with fruity notes of strawberry, cherry, and spice, with an undertone of licorice. On the palate, it is dry, assertive, with balanced tannins and a full body. Aged for 30 months, 18 in barrels and tonneaux, and 12 in bottle. A wine that expresses the elegance and complexity of Nebbiolo, perfect for accompanying rich dishes.
