Description
Single malt whisky from India, produced by Paul John Distillery in Goa. A whisky that reveals a complex and fascinating soul, bottled at 46% ABV. On the nose, notes of honey and cocoa mingle with smoky and coffee notes, which over time give way to fruity notes. This whisky is not chill-filtered, which best preserves its aromas. On the palate, malt is initially perceived, gently giving way to peaty notes. On the finish, the peat slowly dissolves, revealing flavors of mint and latte.
