Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne, organic, traditional method, produced by Pascal Doquet in the Champagne region. 12.5% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle. A Blanc de Blancs that expresses the elegance and purity of Chardonnay, a tribute to the terroir and their passion for biodynamic viticulture. Pascal and Laure Doquet's vineyards are located in the French municipality of Vertus, on the southern tip of the Côte des Blancs. On the nose, toasted notes, baked pear, and stewed apple. Pale yellow in color. On the palate, it is very clean and refreshing, very well balanced. The finish is medium-long, with a slight fruity apple aftertaste and mineral notes.
