Description
Barolo Mosconi, a still red from Piedmont, 14.5% ABV, produced by Armando Parusso. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Barolo that embodies the passion and dedication of the Parusso family, who have been producing excellent wines since 1985. Pure Nebbiolo grapes, grown at 370-400 meters above sea level on white marl and tuff soils. After a gentle pressing, the grapes undergo a long maceration and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts without sulfites. Aged in small oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months. Very intense aromas of sage, rosemary, earth, and undergrowth. Dark garnet color. Ample, with a strong tannic structure but always velvety. Long and persistent on the finish.
