A dry Charmat method sparkling rosé, 11% ABV, produced by Paltrinieri Gianfranco. 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara, a grape variety that produces a fresh and lively wine. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Lambrusco di Sorbara born from the passion of Alberto Paltrinieri, who wanted to keep alive the tradition of his grandfather Achille, begun in 1926. Strawberry aromas, raspberry and vanilla flavors and aromas. Very fine and persistent perlage. Pale pink. Fresh, persistent, and delicate with a fruity note.
