Description
Charmat method sparkling wine from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, produced by Paltrinieri Gianfranco. 2024 vintage. A Lambrusco born from the passion of a family that has cultivated the winemaking tradition since 1926. Intense notes of ripe fruit, cherry, black cherry, and small black berries (currant, blackberry), with hints of floral aromas. Simple, immediate nose. Dark purple-red color. Pleasantly delicate, with good acidity balanced with softness, great freshness, and great drinkability. Slightly tannic and sweet. A wine that celebrates conviviality and the joy of being together, perfect for pairing with traditional Emilian dishes.
