Palmento Costanzo is located in Contrada Santo Spirit, in the village of Passopisciaro, on the northern side side of Etna. Here, since time immemorial, the following are cultivated manually Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Catarratto. and Catarratto.
