Description
Still red Veneto IGT, 12% ABV, produced by Paladin, a family-run winery since 1962. Blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. The Cabernet and Malbec grapes are harvested when slightly overripe and vinified with a 10-day maceration to give the wine a beautiful color and maintain its pleasant palate. Fermentation takes place at temperatures of 22-24°C to enhance the aromas and fragrance. Fresh aroma, with intense notes of currant and raspberry. Soft and balanced on the palate, with good body and a velvety finish, particularly fruity.
