Prosecco DOC Dry, Charmat method, 11% ABV, produced by Paladin, a historic Veneto winery. 100% Glera. 0.75L bottle. A Prosecco born from the passion of a family that has been producing quality wines since 1962. Second fermentation takes place at a temperature of 13°C, resulting in a fine and persistent perlage. Delicately aromatic bouquet with hints of wild apple and white flowers. On the palate, it is decidedly soft and elegantly sweet, savory and persistent, with a balanced acidic freshness.
