This is a vintage extra brut classic method obtained from Cortese di gavi DOCG grapes. After ageing minimum 36 months on the lees, in the centuries old cellar in Gavi, the wine is ready to be appreciated from rare wine lovers, in its numbered bottles. With a clear personality and a defined identity, Ottosoldi extra brut clearly reveals the Gavi terroir and the native grapes from which it is produced.
