Description
Classic Method Extra Brut sparkling wine produced by Nicola Gatta in Lombardy. Blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A wine that expresses the producer's philosophy: to enhance a unique terroir with uncompromising wines. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without fining or stabilizing agents. Fine and persistent perlage. Fruity aromas and fresh floral notes on the nose. Straw yellow color. Lively and with excellent minerality, it has a balanced finish. Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers, fish, and cheeses.

Pairings
"I take my choices step by step: sometimes going forward, sometimes going backwards. My method is classic, but it wants to be a hymn to diversity. The principle is to enhance a territory that is different in nature and origin, with the aim of obtaining wines that represent it without compromise." (Nicola Gatta) Read more
