A Blanc de Blancs made on the limestone hills of Gussago, Lombardy, through spontaneous fermentation and without the addition of sulfites. A tribute to diversity, with the goal of producing wines that represent the terroir without compromise. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of almond and pastry, anticipate a fresh, deep, and rich palate.

From this winery

I produce my wines artisanally on the limestone hills of Gussago, on the edge of Franciacorta. In the cellar, only spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. I use no clarifiers or stabilisers. Zero added sulphites.
