Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Mousse Fils in the Champagne region. 100% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. A wine born from the passion of four generations of passionate winemakers. The soils are composed of four different layers: 20 cm of clay loam; 40 cm of highly porous clayey sand (with 80% sand); 30 cm of green clay (illite), the soil's water reserve; calcareous marl: limestone + clay. Aged 24 months on the lees.
