Story | From the twinning of the selections of Aglianico grapes from the Montemarano and Mirabella Eclano estates, the Radici Taurasi wine is the emblematic label of classic viticulture by Mastroberardino. Montemarano village represents a historical site in the production of Taurasi, located in the southernmost area of the DOCG area. Here, the sharp temperature range and slower ripening determine the conditions for a late harvest, generally in November, offering grapes richer in noble tannins and acidity to enhance longevity. Mirabella Eclano village is the epicentre of production, research and experimentation on Aglianico, which is the main variety of grape cultivated in Mirabella. |
