Arneis is the king of Roero's white wines. Outspoken and undemanding, it reveals a vibrant personality given by the sandy soils on which the grapes grow. Intense bouquet and great drinkability make it an extremely pleasant and complex wine.

The Langhe are based on soils of Miocenic origin of Helvetian type, composed by clayey marls rich in active limestone.
Its layout, looking like dolphin's backs, suggests a geometry varying continuously the exposure to the solar arc.

| Wine making | Destemming-crushing and pellicular maceration for 18 hours at 12°C using CO2. Devatting and soft pressing, static decantation and racking with inoculation of selected yeasts; followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16 9 °C; duration 18 days. Maturation on the lees for one month. Cold stabilisation avoiding the use of clarification products, racking, filtration Malolactic fermentation: does not take place. |
