Description
Organic Champagne made using the classic method (pas dosé), produced by Marguet in the Champagne region of France. 2020 vintage, 13% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. An excellence born from a passion for the land and biodynamic farming, with the use of horses to cultivate the soil. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by citrus notes and hints of pastry, pave the way for a fresh and long finish. Fine bubbles and a straw yellow color with golden highlights that capture the light.

The horse is a unique link with the elements that make up our land such as the mineral (chalk), the plant (vines and endemic flora) and the animal (fauna and Man).
In many civilizations, the horse is a sacred animal, non-predatory and contributing to social and spiritual balance.
Our winery is dedicated to harmony with nature by nurturing old vines with biodynamic, phytotherapeutic and aromatherapeutic practices. Discover our localities of Ambonnay and Bouzy, where we cultivate our grapes with an average age of 40 years. Read more
