Description
Classic method brut rosé sparkling wine, produced by Man Spumanti in Trentino Alto Adige. 0.75 l bottle. A Trento Rosé that enchants with its elegance and complexity, the result of a meticulous selection of Pinot Noir grapes. Intense, elegant aroma, with fruity notes of currant, blackberry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, reminiscent of Pinot Noir. Abundant perlage with a very persistent and consistent crown. On the palate, it is fresh, clean, and very complex. A lingering aftertaste reveals hints of yeast, figs, and toasted almonds.
