Description
Sweet fortified sherry produced by Lustau in Andalusia, Spain. A Pedro Ximenez Solera San Emilio, made from 100% Pedro Ximenez grapes, which are dried in the sun to concentrate their sugars. A wine that tells the story of a bodega founded in 1876, considered among the finest in Sherry production. Aromas reminiscent of figs, raisins, and dates. Ebony in color with iodine highlights. Sweet, velvety, smooth on the palate, well-balanced, with a very long finish. Perfect paired with blue cheeses, dark chocolate, or enjoyed on its own as a moment of pleasure.
