Description
Still white wine from Umbria, 12.5% ABV, produced by Lungarotti in Torgiano. Blend: 85% Vermentino and 15% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the encounter between the freshness of Vermentino and the structure of Chardonnay, a combination that enhances the characteristics of both varietals. Produced exclusively from free-run must, after a brief cold maceration, it is cold-vinified in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees until bottling. Elegant and refined, it evokes white flowers, hazelnuts, and fresh fruit (peach, citrus, and green apple). It finishes with a fragrant and pleasant citrus acidity. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Slightly sweet, medium-bodied, it reveals a lovely drinkability supported by a particularly fresh fruitiness. Long and persistent finish.
