Description
Franciacorta Rosé Monique is a Rosé de Noirs made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, which gives the Franciacorta its distinctive body, flair, and vitality. The Pinot Noir grapes macerate on the skins just long enough to give the wine the pinkish hue classic to Pinot Noir, as well as its most delicate and stylish fragrances. The grapes are sourced primarily from the Badia vineyard in the municipality of Monticelli Brusati. Annual production around 8,000 bottles, with a sur lie maturation for a minimum of 24 months.
