Description
This vine, of French origin, was introduced to Friuli during the Habsburg domination and was popularised at the beginning of the 20th century. A fresh, captivating wine with unmistakable, multifaceted aromas in which notes of exotic fruit, yellow pepper, tomato leaves, mint, lantana and boxwood stand out. It is a wine of Friulian tradition.

| Wine making | The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short period. It is then softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified through decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. |
