A Franciacorta born from the Biatta family's passion for winemaking excellence, with a history dating back to 1835. 100% Pinot Noir. Extremely fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet of red fruits, raspberry, and blackberry; mineral, with hints of chocolate. Lively and structured on the palate, long and persistent. Pale pink color with coppery reflections.
