Description
Brut white wine from Franciacorta DOCG, 13% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, produced by Le Marchesine. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. Le Marchesine, founded in 1985 by the Biatta family, has been synonymous with winemaking excellence for five generations. Hand-harvested in small crates, the grapes undergo a very slow and gentle pressing of the whole bunches. Fermentation and aging in small Allier oak barrels. The bottles are stacked in temperature-controlled aging rooms (12-14°C) for at least 36 months. Persistent perlage. Elegant aromas of plums and white flowers converge in a slightly mineral finish. Bright straw-yellow color with golden highlights. Full-bodied, it displays a pleasant savory flavor that blends harmoniously into the palate.
